When placing your order, please only use letters and numbers in the order reference and management fee reference fields, this error is usually caused by special characters being used in these fields.
If you're only using letters and numbers and still getting that error, please click "Can't find what you're looking for" to raise a ticket with us, and include a screenshot of the error, including the URL bar so that we can look into this..
