We offer a handy service called "Auto Order", this means you don't have to go into every payroll period e.g. monthly or weekly, to place an order. The system will automatically order the vouchers for your employees, one less thing to do during your busy day! To enable this feature, please head to our website and, go to My Details > Preferences > Auto Ordering > tick the box and click ‘Save’.
Some things to note about auto-ordering;
- It is ultimately the employer's responsibility to make sure that all leavers are marked as such online in good time.
- Employees can request changes to their vouchers, the auto-order will only order any approved changes.
- Please make sure your payroll date is up-to-date (Home Page > 4th circle called "Next Payroll Date").
If you enable this function, we would recommend in the same area, under "Notifications", that you enable the alert ‘Send me a list of employees who have requested changes to their salary deductions before each order – so you can check everything is correct/update payroll before the system automatically places your order. Always remember to click "Save" when you have made changes.
