Can I place a standing order for vouchers?

You cannot place a standing order as, like payroll, every order for childcare vouchers is treated separately. If we do not receive an order for a pay period, vouchers cannot be credited.


We have other ways that can make your life easier such as auto-ordering and setting up Direct Debit payments. For more information please contact Customer Care or your Account Manager.
