What can I change on my account?

You can make many changes on our online portal, securely, 24 hours a day. Please ensure you're logged in to the newer version of our site for full functionality (https://childcare.mysodexo.co.uk/login/employer).

What can I change online myself?

  • Business Address
  • Invoice Address
  • Main Contact Name
  • Invoice Contact Name
  • Invoice Email Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Password

What do I need Customer Care to change?

  • Direct Debit amendments (a new Direct Debit mandate must be submitted)
  • Business name
  • Username
  • Email Address

What else can I do online?

  • View previous invoices and credit notes
  • Print or save previous invoices and credit notes
  • Place main orders for your current payroll, as well as additional orders
  • Remove people from the scheme (remember, they must join back within 11 months!)
  • Change monthly voucher amounts
  • View your order history
  • Download a CSV copy of an order
  • If you have more than one contract on your log in, you can move people between contracts under My Employees.
  • Change your auto-ordering preferences
  • Change your email preferences for which stages of the order and changes we contact you about
  • Change your payroll frequency or payroll dates
  • View, accept, or decline employee changes (if you have this enabled in preferences under Employees are allowed to change their salary deductions
  • Basic Earnings Assessment (BEA's).
