What can I change online myself?

What do I need Customer Care to change?
- Direct Debit amendments (a new Direct Debit mandate must be submitted)
- Username
- Email Address
What else can I do online?
- View previous invoices and credit notes
- Print or save previous invoices and credit notes
- Place main orders for your current payroll, as well as additional orders
- Remove people from the scheme (remember, they must join back within 11 months!)
- Change monthly voucher amounts
- View your order history
- Download a CSV copy of an order
- If you have more than one contract on your log in, you can move people between contracts under My Employees.
- Change your auto-ordering preferences
- Change your email preferences for which stages of the order and changes we contact you about
- Change your payroll frequency or payroll dates
- View, accept, or decline employee changes (if you have this enabled in preferences under Employees are allowed to change their salary deductions
- Basic Earnings Assessment (BEA's).
