Your business may go through changes and we're here to support you on that journey. Depending on the direction of the business transfer you'll need to complete a couple of steps.


If you're a company already using Sodexo Childcare Vouchers and taking people on.

If you've taken over a company and their vouchers are with a different provider, you may wish you streamline your processes and bring them over to Sodexo. To do this, simply use our template attached to this article and fill in the details requested.

Remember to add your six digit contract number in the top left of the spreadsheet. Once you've filled this in please create a new support request and attach the completed document. 


If you're a company already using Sodexo Childcare Vouchers that has set up a separate entity and need to move some employees over.

First you'll need to create the new company account online here. If you're using the same email address please add a 1 to the end of your email address and submit. Once this has been submitted please raise a new support request and let us know the email address you submitted and what it should be, make sure you include your current customer number so we can link the new account too. Once you've been issued with your new 6 digit customer number, you'll be able to use the move employees feature online. If you need help moving employees between accounts, please see our guide attached and head to section 5 for guidance. 


If you're separating from a business that uses Sodexo Childcare Vouchers and you'd like to continue using us.

First you'll need to create the new company account online here. If you're using the same email address please add a 1 to the end of your email address and submit. If you've had to enter a 1 in your email address - once you've submitted the online form, please raise a new support request and let us know the email address you submitted and what it should be. Once you've been issued with your new 6 digit customer number, you'll be able to complete the switch template below and then create a new support request to submit this to us. We'll then get the employees removed from their current employer and over to yours.
